Wisconsin improvements, new TPS Dashboard, filter Flashlines by relevance

In time for the Q4 payment season, the September release gives you more visibility into payment progress and new ways to quickly find the loans that need attention.

Quickly find and manage Wisconsin loans by option

The Insights Dashboard now displays Wisconsin Option information and includes a corresponding filter, making it easier to locate loans with the option selected.

Reminder: You can update the Wisconsin Option from the loan's Modify section.

New Tax Payment Status (TPS) Reporting Dashboard

See loans that have progressed through the Tax Payment Status cycle and quickly identify:

• Whether property taxes were paid by the Economic Loss Date (ELD)

• The current payment status of each loan

Results are displayed at the loan level with related liens grouped underneath and can be exported for additional analysis.

Filter the Flashlines Dashboard to only show relevant agency alerts

A new Affected Liens filter helps you quickly identify alerts impacting your portfolio and focus on the loans that may require attention.
