New Details in Loan and Agency Views
We added situs and mailing addresses to Loan Details (with borrower info and contact names), and a new Wisconsin Option field (visible for only WI properties) for quick reference.
We also introduced a new "Criticality" status to enhance TPS detail and track at-risk properties. And, we added customer comments to the Agency Detail to provide more context.
A More Structured Knowledge Center
We organized the Documentation tab into sections for easier navigation to important documents.
Claims Dashboard
Added visibility for resubmitted claims and expanded the look-back period to two years (the previous default was one year).
